color: yellow gold flavor: yellow fruits like apricot, honeydew melon, hints of lime tree blossoms, palate: creamy apricot notes, good balance of acidity and sweetness, fine mousse; complex and full bodied on the palate; very prominent yeast- and bread notes; at the age of about 6 years in the best drinking window now. The penetrative free sulfur smell 4 years ago has gone. Very good PQR.

A: pale, straw/lemon N: ripe pear, quince, nectarine, sweet lemon blosson, white blossom, yellow apple P: brut, med (+) acidity, med body, med fine perlage with a delightful creaminess, 11.5%ABV C: very good wine = balanced acidity and ripe fruit, high intensity (and clarity) on the nose, med concentration, med (+) complexity (creamy notes really add) and med (+) finish, drink over coming 3-5 years. A more interesting, complex Prosecco.

This Prosecco was "Dry" which correspond to "Sec" in Champagne. 28 g/l residual sugar I had anticipated it to be sweet enough to be suitable for a fresh fruit not very sweet dessert, but it was actually off dry, so maybe better for cheese or on its own... It lacked a bit of freshness, acidity complexity and seemed a bit neutral. Mousse a and body was fine but overall not really impressed...

We had this in our cellar for years and chose the day I obtained a new job to drink this. It is a very nice prosecco.

Ripe, soft, good acidity and definition. Nice. 87-89

(10) moussy attack and a nutty finish. Medium acidity. M- body. M alcohol, a hint of sweetness. Medium. Clean. Yeasty and clean finish.

Perhaps I have just been drinking a lot of cheap Prosecco, but this struck me as being quite good. Subtle aromas of white chalk, green apple and yellow peach with hints of sponti funk, honey and smoke. Light to medium bodied with a soft mouse, broad on the palate, good acid, flavors of lemon and chalk, and a mineral finish. Typical, friendly, persistent, sophisticated, and easy to drink. Nice with agedashi tofu, sashimi and assorted bento bites. Didn’t quite stand …

Nose of grape and ginger, with hints of rose and pistachio. Palate is steely, with crisp acidity and minimal flavour: soda water with a hint of lemon.

Blue cheese with some minerals and yellow fruits on the nose. Decent balance with sweetness vs. acidity and ripe fruits. This fits a niche, but I feel it would have done much better as a brut.
