I am not sure if I like this wine on its own. The abv is 13.5%, yet sweet, but did not seem to have enough acidity to balance those elements. On the other hand, I really liked the nose of this wine. I think this would be great with spicy foods or bitter foods which need the balance of sweetness.

Strong Gewurztraminer nose: rose and otherflowers combined with dried apricot, sweetness of peach and tropical fruits. Taste semi-sweet or half-dry, full of dried fruits and flowery aromas with some citrus and peach stone. Pairs well with smoked salmon, hard cheese and spicy foods - really intense and well developed gewurztraminer.
