MELIS FAMILY WINERY Pinot Noir Rosé

Tooth coating tannins and minutes long star anise finish on a rosé? Whew this is not a typical rosé. At fridge temp PnP it was a bit awkward but got sassy as the temp increased, strutting it's stuff. May be the most outspoken vintage of John's rosés that I've tasted so far. Definitely earthy and strawberry grapefruit true to John's notes...and that delicious anise is almost absinthe in intensity.
