Joseph Filippi Merlot Artist Series Limited Reserve

With lunch at albondigas at Las Brisas (opened night before and had one glass with lasagne). LC did not like, but I did... nose of violets and chocolate... some sweet tannins/vanilla on the palate but nothing that bothered me.. I liked it.. not a great deal of complexity, but easy drinking and will probably be better in a couple of years.
