Some seepage on the cork, but no taint on opening. Garnet colour, slightly cloudy, clear rim. Nose quite restrained. Plum on the palate with fine although drying tannin on the finish which comes in a little too quick. Possible note of VA in there somewhere. Nice ripe fruit - overripe perhaps? Decent wine but no superstar.
