Apple, pear, minerality, citrus, bees wax and toasted brioche on the nose. Great acidity, crisp and clean, dry, stone fruits, toasted almond on the palate. Light mouthfeel with relatively intense flavor profile overall. Medium finish.

From info from CT, this should have been consumed many years ago but honestly it is still showing very well. This blend of Chardonnay, Mauzac and. Chenin Blanc is light gold in the glass with small bubbles, the nose is a subtle yeastlike. There is plenty of acidity to go with the ripe pear, creme brulee and lemon pith.

excellent bottle of bubbly for the price. Nice nose of lemon peel and vanilla with a soft, background floral tone. The bubbles are smaller and more persistent than you'd expect from a sparkler at this price, very good. The palate is feminine and luscious with good apple and pear notes but not much else going on. Good medium body with a creamy, elegant texture. I will be looking forward to more of this, sparkling wines of this quality for under …

Not bad. My mom enjoyed it more than me. A bit tart and unbalanced for my tastes. Crisp.

First tasted this at the winery. My wife enjoyed this enough to buy a few, will bu a few more. Medium to large bubbles. Nose has pear, grapefruit and floral notes. Tart apple, citrus and pear on the palate with a nice level of acidity. Lightly dry, clean simple finish. Paired very well with grilled pork chops, very nice value for the price.

I really enjoyed this French sparkling wine. Dry, with a very delicate mousse. Great value for under $15!

Very tasty. Think that this is a good QPR. Notes of tart apple and nice mouthfeel. Would purchase again.

Pale to medium yellow color with the slightest hint of green in there. Clear. Medium size bubbles a little larger than 'real' champagne. Moderate, seemingly youthful aroma of Citrus, white flowers and a hint of pear. Dry to very dry, light body and tart acidity. Moderate to powerful flavor intensity with citrus and lemon dominance with a hint of apple. Short to medium finish 3-5 seconds. Drank as an Aperitif and finished with Chinese food. A sweeter sparkler like the …

Very dry. Unfortunately had this right after desert and it made it even more puckering to begin with. Settled down after our palates got used to it. Good value sparkling wine. Would purchase again.

Ok, not much yeast. Medum brut, drinkable, Cute lable. Not my favorite. Tasted at the Winery tasting room and they did not in any way indicate that this is actually a French import and not from the Russian River (where Toad Hollow is). Still ok for $12 bucks a bottle. We drink a lot of Champagne and it is nice to have something drinkable for this.

Average. Too bad, had a bottle of this a while ago and was very impressed. Nothing bad about it, but nothing memorable.
