Inky magenta. Spice, earth, blueberry, and leather nose. Full bodied, blackberries, cedar, black cherries, herbs, solid but friendly tannins, a tiny bit of heat, smoke, and a long finish. Excellent.

Full bodied black fruit with minimal bouquet and layer of licorice and balsamic notes with hint of graphite. Enjoyed more at tasting room on a cold & rainy day in March

Chilled dark berries in the nose. Plenty of fresh picked berries in the palate. Seamless and luscious texture with some secondary notes of hoisin, soy sauce, and some grilled meats.

I have liked everything I have had from this producer (Tiller, Match, Unorthodox from multiple vintages). This is no exception. Will be adding more in years to come.
