Vinisterra Viognier

White flowers, baked bread, ripe pears, ripe apricot, and coriander on the nose. Medium intensity of aromas. A little quieter than I expect Viognier to smell, but there's an understated elegance here. Orange juice, lemon juice, oyster shells and lime on the palate. Medium + intensity of flavors. Not a flake of "valle salt" to be found here. This is a good look for Baja California, and tasting it makes me curious to try more Viognier from the region. Whether …
