On the nose notes if honeydew melon, pear, orchard fruit, orchard blossoms, honey. Medium body. Bit of grapefruit juice, grapefruit bitterness on swallow. Some sweetness present. Decent. Slight mineral undertones. Don’t understand the smokiness referred to on bottle.

Appearance: pale lemon Nose: med intensity, lime grapefruit, wet stones, grass, hint of herbs, smoke. Palate: dry, med body, med acidity, med alcohol, med+ intensity, med+ finish creamy texture, lime, grapefruit, even hints of peach, wet stones, flint, hints of grass & herbs. salty minerals towards the finish. Conclusion: very good

Very floral nose, great mix of floral kefir lime zest and slight gooseberry, a certain plumpness, tart with good sweetness; palate is not as noble as the nose suggests, lighter mid, leaner fruit, smoky, stony finish; classic Fume.
