Decanted maybe two hours in advance. Lovely white floral aromas and with another half hour in the glass, becomes very chalky and saline, like smelling a B d Bs champagne. Balanced and delicate on the palate and with good density too. I really like this.

Tasted at Domaine. A bit more austere. Pale lemon and a bit of minerality.
