Over two nights, I fell in love with this wine…a very new world nose of red fruits, vanilla, baking spices and notes of green olives. A concentrated but medium weight body, with the most harmonious blend of sweet fruit, layers of velvety tannins and strong minerality. The finish was smooth and gliding. While not a “huge” wine… It was the most pleasing mix of ripe California fruit and the the lightness of an old world cab franc. The tastiest wine …
