Day 1: slow-ox for 2 hours, the wine is still quite closed,mushrooms,underbrush and it seems to lack concentrarion. Day 2: this wine came alive lovely red fruit profile as well as mushrooms and a little bit of oak,the tannins are well integrared and it still retains a good level of acidity. Drinks really well now.
