Domaine Labranche-Laffont Madiran

C'est certainement un madiran, mais bien ordinaire. Je regrette de les avoir conservé si longtemps dans mon cellier: cela n'en valait pas la peine.

A purchase made in Luxembourg on a business trip from 3 years ago. A pleasant surprise and first experience with the Tannat grape. Really deep almost opaque color and strong nose of promise followed by pure unadulterated fruit of black berries, cherry. The surprise was that I opened and had a glass before leaving for a week on business. Returned to find the wine still full of live and vibrancy.

Domaine labranc herbaceous laffont 2011 14 abv Clear red Ruby with hints of purple and very deep in colour. Nose : Clean with medium intense bouquet composed of black fruits and some hints of herbaceous and Violet . Palate : wine was dry medium acidity soft with very texture and juicy,medium tannin with a great lenght. N.b in the first one hour bouquet was very not intense, it had need to oxygenate. Great QPR Drink now

Le vin nous donne des flaveurs de violette, de mûre, de prune avec un léger boisé et une grande fraicheur. C'est gouteux et équilibré avec des tanins semi-fermes. On a droit ici à un Madiran plutôt féminin, qui démontre une certaine finesse! Très bon rapport Q/P!

Sec, corsé et épicé

MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO) : Degustato alla cieca. 70% Tannat - 20% Cabernet Franc - 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Affinamento misto cemento ( 21 mesi ) e barrique ( 5 mesi). Concentratissimo, viola inchiostro. Naso pungente, sverniciato e dapprima molto legnoso. L' etereità da alcool denaturato comprime il frutto e lo nasconde, regalando un impatto crudo, ruvido e piuttosto sgarbato. More juicy, raspberry-blackberry, licorice; dark, fruity, juicy, touch ripe fruit makes this accessible. Nice inexpensive Madiran--60% Tannat, 20% CS, 20% CF.

Encore une bonne millésime, belle matière concentrée sur les fruits noirs avec des tannins bien travaillés pour un Madiran harmonieux dès sa jeunesse.

Assez typé mais ordinaire. Un peu dur.
