A very refreshing wine and it paired well with spicy sushi. The Grüner Veltliner grape is a new experience and will be revisited again. A light yellow with a hint of green color in the glass. J'ai bien aimé, sur la terrasse, devant le lac, en fin de journée ensoleillée. Madame, pas trop. C'est perlant à l'ouverture. Très vif et tendu: acidulé, bonbons sûres, pomme Granny Smith, poire pas mûre, raisins verts, pamplemousse et citron. Une touche de poivre blanc en fin de bouche. Court et "zippy".

Waxy soft gruner. White pepper, lemon, and some petrol. Round mouthfeel, not overly acidic, lightly honeyed. Slight bitter aftertaste. A bit fizzy. Featherly and humble on day1. Day2: gained more honey. Still not expressive, but having amazingly saline roundness. 11/6/2014 Second bottle. Gained honeyed weight further. Got additional layer of green apple. Nice medium intensity and balance. A ridiculous value.
