Biltmore Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Château Reserve

This very good Cab from North Carolina was a gift from our niece who worked at Biltmore Estate over the summer a number of years ago. With nearly 10 years of age this wine is holding up very well. Lively fruit showed berry and plum notes, soft tannins, and refinement. Quite the surprise!
