Trinity Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Decanted just before serving. Bright plum red colour. Dense dark berry nose - still very much alive - without any real hint of wood. Similar in the mouth - smooth and fruit driven, without being too powerful. I would say this has still got plenty of time left.

Dark red. Lots of berries on the nose. Rich and smooth in the mouth, slightly bitter but warm and spicy aftertaste.
