Youthful bourgogne - red and black cherry, black currant herbal/cigar notes, hints of cranberry, green tea. Oak vanillin reveals itself. Suggests northern burgundy, at least in part - but rich enough to perhaps be a blend? Palate carries good acid and mineral, and crunchy fruit. This is not high end, grand cru juice - but a really decent axample of its kind and good at price point. A good bridge between new and old world PN.

Good value. Would buy again at $22.

Similar impressions to bottle from last week. Drank it with grilled eggplant, tomato and burrata pizza. Filled out a bit and improved over the course of a few hours. Second half of the bottle was just as good on day 2.

Translucent ruby in the glass. Nose of tart red fruits and hints of earth and camp fire. Palate echoed the nose nicely with a silky mouthfeel. Finish was a nice balance between acidity and tannin. As others have noted, not the most complex, but at $22/btl very well done. Went out and bought a few more as a result.

Second time tasting this and re-affirmed previous experience. Simple tart red fruits and not much going on. Entry level Burg.

The nose on my bottle was more expressive than David describes below. But found the palate lacking conplexity with overly high acidity. Quite sour and rough on the finish.

Light red. Dull nose, decent flavours, broth, some red fruit and a very dry acid finish. May improve, not sure.
