Political lunch with Jeremy Hunt at the O&C Pall Mall. Limited notes. My abiding memory of this wine was the green capsid finish that rather swamped an otherwise sound full plum and dark berry fruit core: a characteristic (but in spades) I find with quite a few 2009 Bordeaux. Strictly for food. Drink soon.
