Definite agreement with Windflyer on this wine -- subtle dried white flower nose with candied / bruised apple. Bit of funk blew off within 15 minutes, open towards applesauce and bruised apple on the palette, with good structure, and excellent acidity. Stewed lime rounds the palette, finishing towards a saline and slight slate finish. Lightly oxidative. Excellent qpr, striking an excellent balance between casual enjoyment and palette complexity. Would drink again.

deep gold with medium body. very aromatic nose with dried flowers and herbs accenting white and yellow stonefruit, bits of papaya and subtle oxidative aromas. smooth-textured and with bright acidity and freshness. complex from the midpalate with layers of lime, stonefruit, and beeswax over a chalky, subtly saline base. long finish with honeyed accents (that come from extract and not residual sugar). evolves with time in the glass and temperature… and should drink well for a handful of years. 13.8% …
