Lively on nose and palate with cherry, black cherry, earth, leather, nice bit of funk too. Translucent red, and light touch as far as body, which makes the fruit and acidity all the more alight. Good on its own and with wild mushrooms, marinara over polenta, as DWaterman noted.

Outstanding little funky wine. Mid weight with a nose of leather, cranberry and slight tar. Acids in check although still present. Perfect accompaniment with any Italian dish.

Yup, good, nice fruit, bit of spice, dances with bit with acid and tannin on the palate. Excellent with grilled strips, garlic mashed potatoes.

Really drinking well right now. Even only a glass worth left in the bottle suctioned drank very well, gaining even more depth. This is a sunshine warm baked earth Grenache that could hold its own against most entry level CdPs. The pure fruit sings with some spice, but this is also showing mature notes, leather and a touch of aged meat.

Enjoyed this a lot. Very good clarity and focus. Pure grenache flavors without excessive alcohol or weight. Good acidity.

Muddy red raspberry color. Funky cherry and rhubarb aromas. Earthy dark cherry and raspberry flavors with good acidity and soft tannin for food. Drink.

Lots of fruit, but the high acidity/moderate tannins make this a flavorful refreshing food wine. Interesting how it all comes together. Good for the price. Drink now as there's nothing to be gained from holding onto it.

Bright clear red color after some time. Funky rhubarb aromas. Ripe raspberry flavor with good acidity and lots of tannin. Will improve with time.

Smells like strawberry rhubarb crisp with cinnamon. Fruit driven, with some tannic grip. Very well balanced and harmonious. Drink now or hold 2-3 years.

Strawberry, currants, pepper, tobacco, and more dark berries. Needs some time to open up - decant for 2 hours or so and you'll have a deliciously smooth and well balanced wine. Nice long finish too.
