Putting it under this one because correct label. Is the other entry for an older label? Anyway, a good ratafia. right notes of concentration, mild oxidation, fortification. Very easy to drink, slightly sweet and thus at 18% can easily catch up with you! Can recommend.

ESTG does Blanc de Blancs Champagne (West Seattle, WA, USA) : Whew, wow, not easy. Ratafia does not appear to be my thing (having had them a few times).

Very good and interesting dessert drink - not too sweet, great acidity and texture, and some good peachy fruit that went well with peach cobbler.

powerful sweet fruit, not light per se but without the syrupy weight of a Sauternes. Some sherry notes — not strongly but as a good counterpoint.
