I don't know what the last couple of reviews were drinking but this stuff was off the charts and good to the last drop. Perfect pairing with Cacio e Pepe Chicken Thighs. Amazing juice from first to last drop. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

One dimensional. Unbalanced, acidic with lemony flavor. What a huge difference from the amazing 2021.

Thirst quenching. Crisp. Not overly acidic like many SBs. Would buy again.

PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with developing aromas of pear, melon rind, asparagus, and bell pepper. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium+ intensity, medium body, 12.5% abv with developing flavors of sour citrus,melon rind, and bell pepper with a medium finish. Balance: Very Good Length: Very Good Intensity: Excellent Complexity: Very Good-Excellent Overall a little on the under-ripe side but has excellent mouth-feel and intensity. Likely better in a year or two.
