This is alright. Balance between the varietals is good. The Cabernet provides tannic structure, and the shiraz provides some depth of fruit. Tertiary notes are in the background, and acidity is there. So I would suggest a few more years of development ahead.

I tried this the day before in a wine store, where they were showcasing aged wines. There it was soft and lacked bite, with muted acidity and soft tannins. In contrast the bottle from my cellar was grippy with fine acidity and firm, integrated tannins. I much preferred my bottle.
