Straw yellow. Fine fine long lasting bead. Slight brioche nose. Lively mildly creamy bubbles and zing. Good overall citrus line high acid and good balance. Fresh, white and yellow peaches with citrus notes. Clean, round. Tiny bit briochey, pleasant entry level champagneness about it. Very easy drinking. Nice!

Unremarkable for a French Champagne. Lacks almost any minerality and closer to higher end California Champagnes, than French Champagne in this price range.

Piedmont chez Josh (Josh's house) : A very pleasing glass, very even and balanced, fresh and super easy to drink. Not to fizzy, not to sharp or sour, just right. Lovely start to proceedings.

Piedmont dinner (Home) : Perfectly acceptable sparkling aperitif- would probably be an unobtrusive and versatile food wine as well. Nothing particularly distinctive to report: balanced, enough concentration and depth, fresh jack of all trades that won’t live long in the memory. Imagine a Laurent-Perrier with everything turned up half a notch.

Crisp, fresh and with citrus type fragrance over medium body. A good apéritif bubbly and worth repurchase if I can still find it at its reasonable price of c.€27.

Mid yellow. Quite powerful and muscular on the nose, with some yeasty, aldehydic notes. Fairly complex, but quite balanced on the palate with a good line of acid. Very pleasant and for €25 less 30% the value is excellent.
