Litmus Wines Pinot Noir White Pinot

A new one on me though I gather that Litmus are a big operation that make wines for several UK vineyards including their own. Pale gold in colour, full body and medium intensity nose. Pronounced intensity on the palate with high acidity which was nonetheless in pretty good balance. The length was very decent too. Tastewise, I was reminded very much of a Puligny Montrachet, a GG Riesling or a good Chenin. Either way, well worth looking for.
