Dark deep garnet in color with a ring of brown. Nose of dark berries, blueberry, cherry, and a bit of oak. Second nose of vanilla and cola along with dark berries and raspberry. Smooth on entry and then a dry lingering finish. Dark berry and cherry flavors.

Pleasantly earthy nose of dark red fruit, leather & baking spice, nicely balanced palate of black cherry & stewed plum, rosemary, pepper and leather, muscular tannins, long, buttery finish. Excellent with rack of lamb, whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus.
