Pey-Marin Riesling "The Shell Mound"

although this initially was getting better with age, I think it has now turned the corner, and while I would expect a riesling to lose fruit with age, it has offered nothing to make up for it, drink now or wine cocktails are it's future.

This wine from Pey Marin started out fine with the first vintages and gets better with each year. Bright and bracing acidity plays well with citrus oils and diesel, and fruit melange. Very good with food.
