A very good Shiraz. Light smoke on initial nose. Smooth light tannins. Musky forest floor and deep red berry flavours. Purchased 6 years ago for $58. This wine with now 10 years since vintage has developed into a classic Barossa red. A wine with 15% alcohol it will age well for another 10 to 15 years but unfortunately this is my last and only bottle. Had with some prime Aussie lamb loin chops.

Woow! A powerful bouquets of that smells of dark fruit, plum, blueberry and strong oaky notes of vanilla and chocolate. Sublet notes of cinnamon too. The finish is GREAT and lasts very long! Decanting about 45-60 minutes suffices. It’s absolutely worth the money and an awesome experience! :)

A newer vintage of this fantastic and stunning Shiraz from Langhorne Creek, Australia. The nose exudes aromas of dark fruit, blackberry, plum, blackcurrant with hints of coffee, cinnamon, and vanilla. The palate is opulent and elegant offering refined tannins coalesced with fruit flavours, warm spices, chocolate, smoke, and refined oak notes that hold through the finish. The alcohol content is barely noticeable (15% ABV).

"2019" Sydney International Wine Show - stewarding notes; 10/7/2018-10/12/2018 (Blue Mountains, NSW) : Classic minty & eucalypt, some vanilla oak, not too overdone but a touch raisiny; might have been better a bit lighter & less ripe. Medium powdery tannins, medium acid, medium/full-body. Very young; needs time but I’m not sure it’ll be a bullseye wine if you know what I mean.

Brick-red; the bouquet is driven by dark aromas of licorice, blackberries and cherries and vanilla cream; there is a red and black fruit quality to the palate, with a medium body. Although this wine has 15% Alc. it's relatively cool, with plushy and fine-grained tannins. It ends on red fruitcake with vanilla cream.
