Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy

Pretty good length and nice acidity on the finish. Slightly off balance on the finish.

Note: I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine. Not quite as good as the last bottle (3.5 years ago), but still very good. Crisp but not at all acidic. Very traditional Chablis.

Light, slightly lifted nose with vanilla, chalk and some bitterness. Elegant, a bit restrained on the palate, creamy texture with intense grapefruitiness in the background. Very long, rich, citrus aftertaste and slightly spicy minerality.
