Cherries and raspberries on the nose, with a hint of vegetables and minerality. Very earthy/old world on the pallate, with firm tannins and a medium finish with a bit of "funk". I like it!! This doesn't have much spice like most zins, it is very smooth. First glas was PnP and the finish was quite short, second was after 1 hour of air and the finish was a lot longer. Very good on its own, but can't imagine what food …

Earthy/dirt start with a raspberry finish. Scent of dark cherries is pleasant on the nose. Not too spicy but fairly tannic.
