Wildflower honey and a heavy mineral nose. The palate shows apricot, mango pineapple, musk melon and subtle vanilla notes. The finish is moderately long with lingering baking spice and a bitter orange rind.

Again only popped and poured, a yellow fruit fragance....., needs time to open up in the glass......, my fault....., this time not using a big Bordeaux-glass, still crispy acidity, some mineralic hints....., but at this time the ripe yellow fruit is more in the foreground, midweight body, quite long, still years of evolving ahead, **(*+- ?), 90- 92+?

According to ny notes: warmest, best and oldest plants. Fermented natural yest, old foudres. Here is the reward: Pineapple, mango, citrus, mellon and mineral spices. cremy, soft and a bit "salty". Good deep finale.
