Klassisk Tokaji med aprikos, fersken, sitrus, nøtter og ingefær. Selv om denne var super savner jeg enda mere syre og konsentrasjon.

By the glass at The Five Fields, London. As always the understated quality of Tokaji came to light and made us question why we don't drink more and more of these wines. Ripe and rich, honey, noble rot, apricot. Good acidity and nice to see its fresh and vibrant side now in its early stages. Solid 92

very interesting note. funkiness on the nose, a bit like dry-erase marker. the taste wasn't as sweet as i expected, and the finish was an enjoyably round acidity.
