By the glass, unknown vintage (but latest release). Ripe and slightly dry-baked yellow apples, sweet brioche I'm told it's brut nature. Finishes dry but not austere. Great sappyness Medium to medium+ bodies. This could very easily pair with a heart white sauce or rich dish Excellent length
