Flower Day (does the Bio calendar matter with saké?). Served in a Riesling glass 1/2 hour out of the fridge. Very pale lemon, almost colourless. Delicate nose of tropical fruit, light florals, touch of anise and fresh spring water from loamy earth. Very lithe and delicate on the palate, yet still delivering a mouthful of flavour - spring water, anise, fresh sweet herbs, and very light fruit.
