California Claassen RJ Spagnols Cru Select Müller-Thurgau "Seaport Village"

Getting a distinct metallic taste to it now. Time to drink up!

Flavors have come together very nicely already. Nose of green apple peel and apple blossoms. Light on the tongue, very crisp-crunchy with flavors of apple and pear with hint of caramel. Very happy with this one, so sad I broke a bottle!

Day of bottling. Racked about half of carboy, then filtered the rest and combined before bottling -- too impatient to wait for it to clear over an extended bulk aging. Very clear pale golden in color. Very floral nose with hints of green apple and pear. Crisp and crunchy with flavors of apple, pear, and lychee, with light sweetness and creamy mouthfeel. Tastes great already!
