Light yellow. Smells like pear, green apple, seashells, and crushed rocks. Full body, medium acid and finish, with flavors of lemon, lime, pear, vanilla, and minerals. Clean, lean, and bright. Fairly simple, but went well with shrimp scampi pasta.
