Malivoire Chardonnay Small Lot

Chablis style, high acidity, intense green apple, fruit is lean, not rich.

Very drinkable Ontario Chard with good complexity for the price. Leans towards Chablis style, but some tropical and oaky notes add interest. On the nose, clearest note of papaya I have yet smelled on a wine. Acidity doing some work here as tart green apple and grapefruit notes are strong. Well integrated oak provides grassy, yeasty butter. Beautiful seashell aroma knits it together. Palate has pretty high acidity balanced against a creamy mouthfeel.
