Denver Festa del Chianti Classico 2025 walk around tasting. Great freshness and typicity for Castellina. Accessible now and worth drinking on the earlier side for the freshness.

Better to wait a bit. Mix of raspberry, Morello. A bit less sapid than I expected and a touch disjointed. Edit: After extracting a glass via coravin, this was much better a week later. Sapid, expressive, elegant and balanced. Feels much more like what I expected for this bottling and price point. Probably a good idea to decant if you're drinking now. Very drinkable, crisp yet spicy, has that coveted sparkling feel in the mouth. Light in colour. Didn’t keep that well overnight. Drink now, i’d say.
