Short note. This is my "low range/late night" house wine. In my opiniom a bargain here in Norway. Nothing memorable, but a decent wine for 99kr. OK complexity, acidity, typicity and lenght. Pairs well with different food.

Aroma: oak, leather and dried fruit. Medium-bodied rosso with good acidity and tannins. Ripe dark fruit, oak and some dried fruit on the palate. Nice balance. Moderate length with a sweet finish. Simple, but well made modern style rosso at a very reasonable price.

Cherry and also some dark berry fruit on the nose. Some tobacco, liquorice and animal notes as well hints of spice and chocolate from the oak (slavonian botti). Medium bodied with refreshing acidity and semi-grippy tannins. Good overall balance and nice Sangiovese aromatics. Slightly meaty and iron-like feel. A bit astringent in the decent length finish. Prugnole Gentile (85 %), Canaiolo (5 %), Syrah (5 %) and Gamay (5 %). Very nice QPR!
