Light sunny yellow with a hint of green in the glass. Nose of peach and some floral aspects. Fairly sweet in the mouth with ripe nectarine, mild acidity. Finishes just a tad minerally, moderate length. Would probably pair well with salty cheese or cured meats -- did not do terribly well with eggplant and tomato or chipotle-marinated pork.
