Really really liked. Very well balanced, very flexible, classy but modern bottle. Nicely balanced - floral red, a tiny touch sweet for a dry red, bright and a bit fruity with enough tannin and acid. Medium body - not big, but not thin. Could eat with fish, tomato, veggies, tuna sandwich and herbed chips, pork chop, etc. Tastes like the South of France - herbal, earthy, slightly floral, slightly fruity. Let it open for an hour. 6/2013. Still stunningly good. …

rich and dark, plum and raspberry, lots of tannin, hitting considerably above its weight - buy more!

Amazing value at $16/per. Earthy funky evolving wine with good dark fruit integrated tannins. Really fun wine as it evolves after opening in a way wines at this price level do not. Love this wine.

This is a sneaky good wine. Can be a bit bitter upon opening, but rounds out with a bit of time into a nicely balanced, food friendly journey with a fantastic QPR.

Wow! What a great surprise. I was recommended this by Jeff at K&L and I will definitely be going back for more. Great balance of dark fruits with some very complex and enjoyable earthy funk and herbs. It was a little tight at first, but the longer it was in the air the more it continued to blossom until the very last drop. Could be one of the best quality for the price ratio I have come across this year.

Compelling Carignane. My bottle opened up to a slight spritz which settled down quickly. Lots of classic, Old World elements (earth, funk, garrigue) along with plush dark berries and a spicy aftertaste. Nice with ribs!

Clear ruby purple color of light intensity, nose of dried rose petals, damp minerals, earth, herbs, spices, and brightly flavored raspberries. All these elements showed through into the palate. Light bodied balanced, and intensely flavored. And a very pleasant short to medium finish. It really does give a true sense of terroir This wine is ready to drink or cellar up to 3-5 years.
