Motta Fabio Vermentino Le Gonnare Toscana IGT

Apparently not available in the US, but wonderful part of a private dinner by Michelin-starred chef of Ristorante Giglio in Lucca Italy. Very fresh and bright. Was aged in concrete tanks not wood, so kept fresh and light and fruit-filled. Not generally a Bermentino fan, it was very enjoyable. Maybe Bolgheri setting also helped set it apart.
