The wine was medium yellow-golden in colour and offered yellow fruit, quince, apricot, herbs, spices, liquorice and brown butter on the salty palate, with medium-level acidity, a creamy mouthfeel and good length. The full-bodied, food-friendly wine paired well with baked sea bream. A very good white!
