Pale gold, a very fine bead. Toasted brioche, soft nut, a touch of caramel, Lemon citrus acidity cuts through the middle, nice depth and complexity. Good length. Nicely mature, unsure if there’s more to come but will keep for a while longer if you need to

hade aldrig hört talas om den här champagnen men det var helt magnifik, med små härliga söta citrunoer och lite pomerans i smaken,. grym! 94-97

Vinet provades blint mot Fleur de Passion 04, Legras St Vincent 2008 och Dom Perignon 2006, och vann överraskande WOTN i flajten. Relativt hög syra och det är tydligt att det är låg dosage. Citrus, äpplen, och jag tror mig hitta toner av mandarin. En utmärkt champagne som troligen inte nått sin peak ännu.

On the nose: Coffee, vanilla, white flowers, gunpowder and sherry. On the palate: Orange, sea shells, citrus. Very nice balance. Medium + finish

The Rotating Dinners, I.4: Cote des Blancs (Chicago, IL) : Disgorged February 2015. Lots and lots of time on the lees, and it shows quite clearly. This is broad-shouldered, with plenty of bready character, but on the other hand, I don't think the palate has quite enough concentration to hold up that yeastiness. There's a fair bit of acidity as well, and a touch of bruised apple on the palate.
