Found on the menu of a random terrace on the slopes of Flaine, a 50cl bottle of this beautiful Rousanne. Aromas of citrus, apricot, pear. And then the taste, very firm but elegant flavours, with a perfect acidity. More pear, yellow apple, apricot, chestnut, bit of honey. Love it! Popped and poured. Not really sure what to think of this wine. I poured a glass and it was a really dark yellow (dehydrated piss yellow). I immediately thought it was either oxidized or a bad bottle.
