What a fantastic long-cork wine! I'm more and more starting to believe that Toscana was made for Sangiovese and CF. This has it all, including my ineptitude in finding the typical CF-markers (I blame a life of being spoon-fed Bdx and Loire). Intense, beautiful, complex, balanced, long, and voilà ... the BTL was suddenly and impossible quickly EMPTY with the feeling that: "but, ahhh, I never even got to the 2nd glass..." LOVELY! Has years of good life ahead.

beautiful cherry colour. nose: sweet with leaf, green scents. taste: soft and elegant. very well done Cab Franc. drink now.

Great value. Dark purple with a transparent edge. Nose is an intoxicating concoction of you cedar, wild berries, and vanilla flowers. Great balance between the acidity and tannins and a modest mouth feel. Soft ripe fruit palate. Excellent not sure if there will be consistency between vintage -- literally bought this wine a week ago and it's seven years old so it could have aged well. Modest and "chunky" sediment in the bottle; which I like. 5+13+16+8=92

Intense ruby color. Nose reminds of violet, raspberry and blackberry. Simple and pleasant mouth, only slightly oaky in the finish.
