A painful review as this is arguably one of the best Washington Carménère’s out there. Why painful? Because I want to purchase all the bottles for myself. From the spice to the heat to the powerful flavors that last through every sip, this is on point. Pairs will with meaty flavors like grilled portobello’s and steak or a sunset cigar and great company. Just leave some for me please.

Those blue/black fruit and pepper are wonderful. Definitely a savory wine. Though I personally can appreciate on its own, most would prefer a steak or burger.
