By the glass. Intense, pure steel on the palate with acute acidity and an abrupt finish. Cherries and unripe red berries on the nose with a strong earthy aftertaste. A bit monolithic I must add. Very thin taste. Smoke is predominent. Dissapointet. The price was 80 DKK on offer.

Strawberries dominating but with a clear bitter note. Almost like orange peel. Medium to full bodied and elegant on the palate. Interesting minerality and a salty touch. Quite long.

This needs a bit of air before coming into its own. Smoky minerality and very ripe strawberries on the nose. Mediumbodied with a warm finish.
