Green peppers and cedar nose. Still plenty of dark fruit - black cherries, prunes and bramble with a velvety texture and hints of leather and forest floor. Medium tannins and good acid give a fine finish.

What a difference from the last bottle! Round with sweet dark fruit, a hint of chocolate and a long salty finish. Similar to a good young Chateauneuf du Papes. Delicious.

Cedar and licorice rather overpower the red fruit. Medicinal and heavy tannins. Long slightly sweet finish. Alcohol comes through too strongly making the spiciness too strong for most foods.
