Exactly what it’s supposed to be. A good Rosé to drink with the Hitching Post’s amazing veggie plate.

Off balance with the acidity dominating. Starts out nice with nice strawberry then the acidity takes over leading to a bit of a funky finish. Drinkable but even at this price you can do better.
